On Friday 31 March, our administrator Capita, experienced some disruption to IT services impacting their ability and that of the Environment Agency administration team to take telephone calls and access internal systems.
All personal member information is stored on a separate system, and we have received assurances from Capita that this information remains secure.
While positive progress is being made on a daily basis to fully restore IT services and capacity, in the immediacy it may take longer than usual to respond to some member queries, with the most sensitive cases being prioritised.
