Our complaints and IDRP process

Before making a formal complaint, we’d suggest that you contact us first using our bespoke contact form above to answer any other questions you might have.  However, we do recognise this situation will be difficult, especially at a time where living costs are high

There is a 2-stage dispute process that can be utilised, known as the Internal Disputes Resolution Procedure (IDRP).  Any complaints must be made within 6 months of the notification of the change to your pension (i.e. from the date of your letter).

You can find more information on this process and will need to complete an application form on our website.

Visit our IDRP page for more details on the IDRP process.
