We’re changing our member contact options

From 1 January 2027, the ways you can contact us will change.

From this date, we’re planning to close our pension enquiries email address at info@eapf.org.uk

Instead, all members who need to contact us can get in touch in the following ways:

  • Sign into your EAPF Online account and complete our secure contact form
  • Telephone the helpline on 0800 121 6593 or +44 333 241 2693 (if you’re overseas)
  • Write to EA Pensions Team, Capita, 11B Lingfield Point, Darlington, DL1 1AX

Why are we making this change?

We’re doing this because using the portal encrypts and securely stores your information, while using email to contact us puts you at risk of phishing and cyber-attacks.

The overriding reason for this change is to strengthen security and to protect your data.

What do I need to do?

To get ready for this change in January 2027, if you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to register for the EAPF Online. Registering is easy, just visit portal.eapf.org.uk

You’ll need your National Insurance number, a mobile number and valid email address. Select the ‘Register’ button at the top of the homepage and follow the simple instructions to get started.

If you’re already registered to the EAPF Online portal, you can send us your queries via the secure contact form by selecting ‘Contact Us’ from your portal homepage or by using the link from your portal mailbox.

If you wish to contact us by telephone or in writing, these options won’t change and will still be available to you.
