Changes to our email service provider
We’ve recently changed to a new email service provider from 10 June 2026.
Any EAPF pension service email campaigns sent to you before this date may not display the original images and some links may not work.
EAPF pension service emails include:
- All member digital newsletters
- Annual pension statement campaigns
- Important scheme regulation change campaigns
- Pensioner P60 campaigns
- Pension Awareness Week campaigns
- EAPF Online campaigns
- Death grant nomination campaigns
- EAPF Pension webinar campaigns
This change will not affect any emails you receive from our EAPF pension administration team about any pension enquiries or requests you have made.
For EAPF pension service emails sent to you after 10 June, there shouldn't be any significant visible changes, but you should check your junk folder if you haven’t received any new emails to your inbox especially if you're a Microsoft user. Please also add us to your safe senders list.
If you have any issues receiving our emails after doing this, you may need change your security settings to allow emails from noreply@mail.eapf.org.uk
