We also received some really useful and valid feedback in the comments which will help shape future webinars for 2026.
Last year, a lot of feedback was centred around the value of the Q&A session – which is held at the end of the webinars. Some people needed to drop off the webinar for other appointments - and potentially miss answers to really useful questions being raised. So, during this year’s webinars, we captured and summarised the questions and answers that came up across all of the sessions. You can view our Q&A by clicking below.

Although we don't want to change what's already working well, we do recognise the value in considering some of the other feedback we've received.
For 2026, we are hoping to have more of a presence at local network events – so someone from the EAPF team will be there for you to pop along and ask us anything about pensions. Look out for future communications in your local news. This won’t replace our annual webinars, but will hopefully mean you can spend some time with us getting the information you need about your pension.
