Following on from the cyber-attack experienced by Capita in March 2023, the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) have published their Monetary Penalty Notice and supporting statement today. This has been published on the ICO’s website.
Please note that there has not been a new cyber-attack and if your data was impacted in 2023, you would have been contacted already.
