Your latest Annual Pension Statement

Contributing member pension statements were added to EAPF Online accounts on 21 August. If you’ve opted for a paper statement, these were also posted out to members’ home address on 26 August by 2nd class post. If you haven’t received this, please let us know by using our Contact form.

Your latest statement shows pension benefits that you’ve built up in the EAPF up to 31 March 2025 and a forward projection to your Normal Pension Age (NPA). It also reminds you about whether you’ve nominated beneficiaries and shows if you’re affected by the McCloud remedy. For more details about McCloud and what this means, visit our McCloud hub.

Pensions Dashboards

Pensions Dashboard is a national initiative being driven and implemented by the UK government. It will enable individuals to access all of their pensions in one place through a secure, online portal. This includes access to information on any private pension savings, public sector pensions and the State Pension to help members find their pensions and understand what their retirement picture looks like.

Connecting all pension funds to the Dashboard is a complex task which began in April 2025 and will take some time to complete. However over 40 million pension records are already connected, which is around half of the total records. The State Pension also recently connected, which is another key milestone. The EAPF has been working closely with Capita and the national programme to connect.

The deadline for connection is 31 October 2026. But, with so many records now connected, the project will enter a robust testing stage with real people using the service and viewing real pensions data. This will gather valuable insights to refine the service before it becomes publicly available.

At the moment, there’s no confirmed ‘live’ date for Pensions Dashboards, but we anticipate this to be in late 2026 or early 2027. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
