Our team

The EAPF is unique in its standing as the only LGPS fund with a non-departmental government body in England and Wales as administering authority, the Environment Agency. The EAPF actually consists of two LGPS funds - an active fund and a closed fund.

The Fund is managed through the Pension Fund Management Team based in the Environment Agency’s Head Office in Bristol. It is a small team of twelve and acts as a very professional centre of expertise with outsourced benefits administration for about 41,000 members and investment fund managers with around £2.5 billion assets (£2.1 billion at the most recent triennial valuation in 2013).

The team is committed to providing a high level of service to our members and stakeholders, and strives to continually improve, innovate and employ best practice across all we do. We are:
